Process Introduction
The silicone corrugated tube adopts high-precision molding technology, with food-grade and medical-grade silicone as the core raw material, which is refined through four core steps: adhesive tape preparation, rubber cylinder rolling, corrugation molding, and high-temperature vulcanization. First, prepare the inner layer (raw rubber-cured rubber double-layer structure) and outer layer (cured rubber-reinforcement layer-raw rubber three-layer structure) adhesive tapes respectively, then roll the double-layer adhesive tapes into a rubber cylinder, put it into a corrugated molding mandrel for vacuum shaping, complete hot air vulcanization at 160-180℃ for 25-35 minutes, and then leave the factory after precision trimming and strict quality inspection. During the production process, the pre-vulcanization temperature and time are strictly controlled: the inner adhesive tape is pre-vulcanized in an oven at 170-180℃ for 10-12 minutes, and the outer adhesive tape is pre-vulcanized in an oven at 140-165℃ for 5-7 minutes, ensuring strong adhesion between silicone layers and uniform corrugated structure, balancing product strength and lightweight requirements. The whole process complies with FDA, ISO13485 medical safety standards and food contact material specifications, enabling batch standardized production and ensuring product uniformity and stability.

The high-transparent tube wall design is convenient for observing the internal air flow or fluid state, and the hardness is controlled at 50±5 Shore A, balancing softness and structural support, suitable for complex installation scenarios.
