The Silicone Self-Fusing Tape adopts a precision production process, using high-purity industrial-grade silicone rubber (free of harmful substances and irritating odors). After mixing in a dust-free workshop, it is formed by calendering or extrusion molding, followed by high-temperature vulcanization, precision slitting and full inspections (adhesion, flame retardancy, insulation). It meets ISO 9001, RoHS and REACH standards, with a dimensional tolerance of ±0.05mm (thickness) and ±0.1mm (width) to ensure stable performance and perfect applicability in various wrapping scenarios.
This silicone self-fusing tape features safety, practicality and durability. It is eco-friendly, RoHS/REACH certified, non-toxic and odorless. With optimized self-fusing and self-adhesive design, it achieves tight wrapping and permanent sealing, and withstands -60℃ to 180℃ (short-term up to 260℃, suitable for high-temperature and low-temperature environments).
