Manufacturing Process

  • Extrusion Forming: Custom 6-hole-specific molds are used for one-time extrusion molding, ensuring the six channels are parallel with uniform wall thickness, no misalignment or eccentricity.
  • High-Temperature Vulcanization: Vulcanized in sections in a tunnel oven with controlled temperature and time to achieve complete crosslinking and curing, enhancing elasticity and anti-aging performance.
  • Secondary Processing: Cut, deburred, and surface anti-blooming treatment is applied as required. Dimensional accuracy, hardness, and channel patency are inspected.
  • Quality Control & Packaging: Pass tests for dimensional tolerance, temperature resistance, pressure resistance, wear resistance and other performance indicators. Qualified products are packaged and shipped according to specifications.
