A1: We mainly provide end plugs and mounting clips matching our 5-20mm LED strip silicone tubes, including 15mm and 20mm sizes (the most commonly used large sizes). All sizes are precisely matched to the tube dimensions, ensuring tight fit and stable installation.
Q2: Are the end plugs and mounting clips compatible with other brands’ LED strip silicone tubes?
A2: Yes, they are compatible. Our products are designed according to the industry standard size of LED strip silicone tubes. As long as the inner/outer diameter of your silicone tube matches the size of our end plugs and clips, they can be used normally.
Q3: What material are the end plugs and mounting clips made of?
A3: Both end plugs and mounting clips are made of high-quality natural silicone (original silicone color), the same as our LED strip silicone tubes. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, UV-resistant and anti-yellowing, suitable for long-term indoor and outdoor use.
Q4: What is the waterproof performance of the silicone end plugs?
A4: The silicone end plugs adopt precision molding process, with tight sealing performance. When matched with our LED strip silicone tubes, they can effectively prevent water, dust and other impurities from entering, enhancing the overall waterproof effect of the LED lighting system.
Q5: How to install the mounting clips? Is it easy to operate?
A5: The installation is very simple and no professional tools are needed. You only need to fix the mounting clips at the desired position first, then put the LED strip silicone tube into the clips to complete the fixation. It is convenient and fast, and can be installed by one person.
Q6: Can the mounting clips bear the weight of the silicone tube and LED strip?
A6: Yes. Our mounting clips are designed with stable structure and good load-bearing capacity. They can firmly fix the silicone tube and LED strip, preventing falling or shifting, even in vertical or inclined installation scenarios.
Q7: Do you provide customized sizes for end plugs and mounting clips?
A7: Yes, we accept customized orders. If you have special size requirements (different from the standard 5-20mm), please provide the specific inner/outer diameter of your silicone tube, and we will customize the matching end plugs and clips for you.
Q8: What is the service life of the silicone end plugs and mounting clips?
A8: Under normal indoor and outdoor use conditions, the service life can reach 5-8 years. The high-quality silicone material has excellent aging resistance and can withstand the temperature range of -40℃ to 220℃, not easy to crack, deform or yellow.
Q9: Are the end plugs and mounting clips sold separately or together with the silicone tube?
A9: They can be sold separately or in combination. You can choose to buy only end plugs, only mounting clips, or a set of end plugs + clips. They can also be matched with our LED strip silicone tubes for combined purchase.
Q10: Can the mounting clips be used for outdoor installation?
A10: Yes, they can. The silicone material is UV-resistant and weather-resistant, which can adapt to various outdoor environments (such as sun exposure, rain, etc.) without being damaged. It is suitable for outdoor LED lighting projects such as building outline lighting and landscape lighting.
