How To Distinguish The Quality Of Medical Silicone Tube

1. Flash Inspection (Overflow Material)

First, check the tube’s flash.

Standard: Flash height ≥1.0mm from the key surface.

Use a vernier caliper to measure directly.

2. Burr Inspection

Standard: Positioning hole burr ≤0.1mm; edge burr ≤0.5mm.
