Process Introduction

Our LED transparent silicone tube is manufactured from high-purity eco-friendly silicone raw materials, adopting integrated precision extrusion molding and stable platinum vulcanization process. The whole product is formed with seamless integrated structure, with uniform wall thickness, smooth surface and no bubbles or impurities. We provide full size specifications from 5mm to 20mm, which perfectly adapt to mainstream low-voltage flexible LED strip lights. Two optional structural styles (regular wire type and clamped wire type) are available, with stable and consistent molding quality in every batch to ensure perfect matching with LED strips.

Product Features

Equipped with high-transparency light-transmitting structure, this silicone sleeve achieves high light transmittance and uniform light output with no light loss or dark shadows. It owns excellent airtight sealing performance, full waterproof and dustproof properties to effectively protect internal LED circuits from water erosion. With standard 70±5 Shore A hardness, it features outstanding flexibility and free bendability, supporting arbitrary cutting and splicing without cracking or deformation after repeated bending. Supported by ultra-wide temperature resistance from -40℃ to 220℃, it maintains stable performance in extreme cold and high-temperature environments, with superior UV resistance, anti-yellowing and aging resistance for long service life.

Q: Is this flat silicone tube suitable for all LED strip lights?
A: We provide full size range from 5mm to 20mm width. It fits most low voltage flexible LED strips. You only need to match strip width with tube inner size.

Q: What is the difference between regular type and clamped type tube?
A: Regular type has simple hollow structure with built-in wire. Clamped type owns inner slot structure for tighter strip fixation. It avoids strip displacement during long-term outdoor use.

Q: Does your product support customized size and special parameters?
A: As original extrusion factory, we fully support custom services. We can adjust inner diameter, outer diameter, wall thickness, hardness and color per your project demands.

Q: Is the transparent silicone tube anti-yellowing for outdoor long use?
A: It adopts high weather-resistant raw silicone material. It resists UV radiation, aging and yellowing effectively. It keeps transparent clarity under years of outdoor exposure.
