Fluorosilicone tubes are mainly made from fluorosilicone rubber (FVMQ). After mixing and extrusion, they are shaped through high-temperature primary vulcanization, followed by secondary vulcanization to remove residues and improve oil resistance, chemical resistance and thermal stability.
For composite tubes with fluorosilicone inside and silicone outside, a double-layer co-extrusion process is adopted. The inner fluorosilicone layer and outer ordinary silicone layer are extruded simultaneously and co-vulcanized as a whole, combining medium resistance with high elasticity.
Fluorosilicone tubes are widely used in aerospace, automotive, chemical, medical and food industries, capable of conveying various media under harsh conditions requiring oil resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and high & low temperature resistance.
